So how long did it take for a movement called “libertarians for Trump” to realize that they are dealing with a politician? What is it about certain libertarians that they simply refuse to accept historical facts about the nature of politicians, and aspiring politicians once they are in power? The phrase “fool me once, shame on you…” does not even apply here, as these libertarians allow themselves to be fooled time and time again. Continue Reading
This isn’t about George Clooney the actor, writer or director. It is about George Clooney the political activist. Therefore, this is the political truth about George Clooney.
Clooney is one of the most popular actors in the world, virtually worshiped by many women. As tends to be the case with Hollywood people with any recognizability, they want to virtue signal their political affiliations and social ideals to the popular culture masses who think that what Hollywood millionaires have to say about the world reflects any kind of real-life, real-world knowledge and experience. Two brilliant podcasts (except for leftists, of course) by Trump-sympathizing Voluntaryist Stefan Molyneux. One recapping eight horrible years of President Barack Obama. The other about the anti-Trump riots the day of Donald Trump’s inauguration.
If you have the time, it really drives the point home to watch them concurrently.
Politicians always weigh their words, especially presidents. They know very well how every syllable of every word they utter will be analyzed. Whenever a politicians says something, it is therefore very unlikely to be an accidental mistake. When a politician or especially president says something that runs counter to the very narrative people expect him to support, the chance of it being an accidental mistake is even less likely.
Barack Obama has left the White House. No longer is he responsible for the many departments under his command. In other words, he no longer feels any pressure to parrot any particular narrative he doesn’t actually believe in, for the “common good.” Continue Reading
Intimidation, demonization, violence, riots, destruction… These are behaviors that – in the political sense – tend to be indulged in overwhelmingly by the left. Psychologically, the left is incapable of dealing with political setbacks; of simply not getting their way. This despite constantly promoting the virtues of “diversity,” “tolerance,” and “dialogue.” Continue Reading
Finally, the “intelligence community” has released a full report of alleged Russian “hacking” of the DNC, in order to influence the U.S. presidential elections.
And it managed to have 25 pages of absolutely NO PROOF whatsoever. Only mere assertions. Words like “we are confident” and “judge” are rampant, yet anyone with half a brain knows what this really means.
To have evidence is to “know for a fact”. To have mere suspicions, or worse, mere assertions, is to be “confident” and to “judge”. Why are they confident? Why are they not SURE? Because they have clearly not found any actual evidence. This being the U.S. intelligence agencies of CIA, FBI and NSA, this should speak volumes. Between the three of them they could not find any solid evidence. Could it be because it is not there to begin with? Continue Reading
A very good article deals with how the media voluntarily helps government and the CIA declare any dissenting views or investigative journalism that deviates from the elite narrative to be a “conspiracy theory.”
How ironic it is that a massive “conspiracy theory” is now undertaken by the governments, the CIA and the MSM about how Russia is responsible for the election loss of Hillary Clinton. The author of the piece explains why this, more than anything, is much more likely to be an actual conspiracy theory. Continue Reading
In a fit of honesty, Hillary Clinton could have said the following in private circles:
“I’ve lost the elections because the whole country wasn’t behind me and kissing my dimpled arse. I’ve lost especially because there have been individuals and organizations that have revealed me to be a corrupt witch that has privately asked a large number of mainstream media reporters for cooperation, for the purpose of achieving victory; cooperation which she subsequently received, for instantly by being given debate questions ahead of time. Craig Murray in a brilliant article absolutely tears the CIA, and the Mainstream Media that presents claims of Russia’s involvement with the U.S. election as true to shreds. There is obviously a lot more to say about this whole issue, going from the hostility and vindictiveness of the overall left, all the way down to the on-going culture war waged by cultural marxists. But let’s keep this limited simply to the pathetic attempt of the left to still try to undo the Donald Trump victory of the U.S. elections.
It really seems that the overall left are busy dealing with the five stages of grief:
The five stages, denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance are a part of the framework that makes up our learning to live with the one we lost.
The “one we lost” in this case being the election. The denial phase obviously has passed when the disbelief of Trump’s victory and of the polls being totally wrong waned, and culminated in what is now the second phase: anger. Anger as expressed in street protests, internet calls for political assassination, riots and violence against (perceived) Trump supporters. And anger as expressed in the media through insinuations that Russia is behind Trump’s victory. As some point (unless the left actually gets what it wants somehow, which in my opinion may lead to an actual civil war), the left will move on to the “bargaining” phase, where they will try to save from a Trump presidency what can be saved. This is going to lead to depression, as not only the White House, but also the Senate and Congress are now dominated by Republicans.
I am not so sure there will ever be acceptance. As a matter of fact, i’m pretty sure there won’t be, because i understand the nature of especially the professional as well as the radical left. Only the moderate non-professionals may eventually accept reality.
Anyway, Craig Murray makes clear exactly what we are dealing with when it comes to this story and the establishment media, and correctly describes the whole point of the “fake news” meme. The Washington Post, the New York Times and The Guardian will reach the depression phase of grief too, as they will ultimately realize their “fake news” meme is nothing more than an actual indictment of themselves, and increasingly more people are seeing right through them.
An analysis for those easily impressed by what on the surface seems like self-reflection.
British leftist Jonathan Pie goes mad explaining how Hillary Clinton losing is the left’s own fault, how nothing is achieved by braindead name-calling and insults of opponents, and how Hillary Clinton has been a useless candidate that could only lose.
Seems like he gets it. Certainly he is correct when taking the above at face value.
But he should have stopped there, where his true assumptions and arrogance weren’t yet so obvious. Continue Reading
